Life is all about building relationships. We know what it's like to have an autistic child who needs the help of pictures and stories to build those relationships not only with us, but in our community!
That is why Autism-Visuals exists! We have been through the struggle of trying to jump into their world, through the late nights in bed crying wanting to know WHY this has happened to "my child", and the Victory when even the smallest task is accomplished!
For ALL of those who seek to give a VOICE to those who remain too often in silence in a World that doesn't seek to understand them--this Site is for you!

Why Are We Doing this?
This is an organization that we have dedicated our lives to, because we know first hand how Visual Aids can improve the life of an autistic child. Our son Jeremiah (Middle Child--Pictured Above) was diagnosed with Autism at age 2, days before his 3rd Birthday and although we were and some days are saddened by the diagnosis, we continue to find ways to bring him out, relate to him, and improve his disorder.
Jeremiah has actually come so far from those beginning years! He has almost completely overcome Autism. He is mainstreamed in School now and in his last appointment (April 15th, 2010) they actually said he tested Completely Off the Spectrum! The Pyschologist who evaluated him actually said "If I didn't have these records in front of me and you would have said He has Autism, I would of thought you were lying!" We hope to tell Jeremiah's story to all who will listen!
